Privacy
Your personal details will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed or sold, unless ordered by a court of law.  Your information will only be used to process orders.

Liability
We do not accept any liability for injury incurred by using this highchair.  The safety of your child remains your responsibility.

Pricing
All Funkee Babee highchair packs are priced in New Zealand dollars including GST.  This includes the highchair, the extension strap and a pouch.

Ordering
You have two payment options:

Pay by credit card, using the secure Paymate or via direct deposit into our bank account

If you choose direct deposit our bank account details will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. Please use your surname as your deposit reference.

Clearance
Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared.  Please consider this may take up to 3 working days in some cases.

Unpaid orders
Items will be returned to stock if payments are not received within 10 days of placing your order.

Refund and Exchange
If you are anyway unhappy with your purchase, then contact us via email and we will do our best to replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item in full, under the following conditions;

• contact is made within 7 days of receipt

• the item/s is unused, and the full pack is returned.

Faulty goods
Funkee Babee Highchairs are homemade with love.  Remember that they are not mass produced overseas.  We take pride in our work and do our best to give you a fabulous product.  However if you are unhappy with the quality of the product or if it is damaged we will happily exchange or refund your purchase, on approval of fault provided;

• It, is unused and unwashed

• Contact is made within 7 days of receipt

•    Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable

Out of stock/back orders
From time to time colours will be out of stock.  Should this occur with a highchair you have ordered, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this.  You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, or we will back order the product and endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible.
